Our family-run house with 2 holiday apartments is located in Kaltenbach, in the "most active valley in the world". We would like to make your holiday relaxing and offer typical Tyrolean cosiness.

In summer, our house is the starting point to experience "pure nature", activities such as hiking, cycling, swimming, Nordic walking or countless sights are immediately available.
The winter is also particularly noteworthy: In order to experience 88.07 kilometers of piste fun in the Hochzillertal ski area, you can walk to the valley station in 2 minutes. Your car is safe with us...
